Have you ever been sick and tired of being sick and tired?  Been embarrassed with how you moved and felt that you avoided mirrors and having your photo taken? That was were I was at when I started my health and wellness journey. My inner rainbow was gray and I was not living life.  

Fast forward to now and I've dropped 14 dress sizes, over 50 pounds and 40 inches, feel better than ever, have tons of energy, and my INNER RAINBOW IS VIBRANT AGAIN! And I get to jump rope with a super fast recovery! And the best part is that I'm a living example of healthy habits for my son to adopt!

I never dreamed I would get control of my life again in the physical and emotional sense, but now I'm building my own business from home which is helping me gain control of our finances as well!
